Section
This section is divided into four units: Display
Designer Unit, Craftsmanship Unit, Graphic and
Illustration Unit, Educational and Training Unit. |

| Aims |
| |
To
constantly improve and upgrade the quality
of the exhibitions of Brunei History which
features much of Brunei's early years right
up to the year the country become independent. |
| |
To
organize lecture programs on the history
for the people of Brunei in an effort to foster
awareness and love for the religion and Negara
Brunei Darussalam and to strengthen their
allegiance to His Majesty Paduka Seri Baginda
Sultan and yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Objectives
| |
To
display exhibits, both permanent and temporary,
with material from primary resources. |
| |
To
install an interest in schoolchildren towards
history subject by giving lectures and presenting
programs on the subject for them to make
contributions as future history writers and
researchers of high caliber. |

To
participate in history exhibitions at regional
and international level to introduce the glory
of Negara Brunei Darussalam. |

Display Designer Unit
| |
To
plan, prepare and make layout of designs for
permanent and temporary exhibition staged
by the centre from time to time. |
| |
To
decorate the exhibition hall and its exhibits
from time to time to make it attractive and
comfortable for visitors. |

Craftsmanship Unit
| |
To set up structures
for exhibitions held by History Centre. |
| |
To repair and
maintain the exhibition hall in cases of damage.

| |
|
|
Graphic and Illustration Unit
| |
To
prepare and design graphics, diagrams and
illustrations for books, journals, magazines
and pamphlets published by History Centre. |
| |
To
reconstruct scenes from the past on Brunei
of historical events by means of drawings
and aided by materials from relevant books
or manuscripts. |

To give lectures
on Brunei History to visitors to the centre. |

To organize training
